Parasport Foundation, established by Oleg Boyko in Serbia, congratulates the Serbian para shooting team on three gold medals and two qualification quotas for the Los Angeles 2028 Paralympic Games.
Serbia’s athletes delivered an outstanding performance at the 2026 World Shooting Para Sport Championships, held in Changwon, Republic of Korea, from 10 to 15 September. Two individual world titles and a team gold marked a proud achievement for the athletes, their coaches and Serbian para sport.

Kristina Trifunović: a breakthrough world title
Kristina Trifunović won gold in the R2 women’s 10m air rifle standing SH1 event. After qualifying in second place with 628.4 points, the 22-year-old delivered a composed performance in the final, scoring 250.2 points to finish just 0.2 ahead of India’s Mona Agarwal.
Her first World Championships appearance representing Serbia brought her a world title and secured the country’s first shooting qualification quota for the Los Angeles 2028 Paralympic Games. Official competition report.
Dragan Ristić and the Serbian team add two more golds
Dragan Ristić continued Serbia’s success by winning the R5 mixed 10m air rifle prone SH2 event, securing another Paralympic qualification quota for the country.
Serbia also claimed team gold in R5, with Ristić, Zdravko Savanović and Dejan Jokić recording a combined 1,909.0 points. The team was led by national team head coach Vladimir Pajić. Together with Trifunović’s victory, these achievements brought Serbia’s gold medal tally in Changwon to three. Report on the individual and team victories.
