Oleg Boyko is an international entrepreneur and investor, Founder and Chairman of the Board of Finstar Financial Group, a global private equity and investment holding company with a strong focus on financial services and fintech.

He is the Founder of the Parasport Foundation, a charitable organization dedicated to supporting athletes with disabilities and promoting inclusion through sport. The foundation has supported thousands of athletes and initiated numerous rehabilitation and sports programs, reflecting his enduring belief that equal opportunity and access to sport are essential components of a fair and inclusive society.

Goran Borcic is a Serbian economist and senior executive with over 30 years of managerial experience.

He has a proven track record in direct marketing, as well as in the development and expansion of commercial businesses and start-up ventures within international companies, including Delta Sport, Bavaria Wolltex, Orbit Handels, and others. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Digital Finance International d. o. o. Serbia.
